Walking with penguins in Beagle Channel, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. It was a great experience. Unforgettable, with magellan, gentoo and one king penguin:

There are several species of penguin in Antarctica as:

Gentoo (Pygoscelis papua)
Chinstrap (Pygoscelis antarctica)
Adelie (Pygoscelis adeliae)
Macaroni (Eudyptes chrysolophus)
Emperor (Aptenodytes forsteri)

In sub-Antarctic islands:
King (Aptenodytes patagonicus)

In South America:

Magellanic (Spheniscus magellanicus)
Humboldt (Spheniscus humboldti)
Galapagos (Spheniscus mendiculus)

In South Africa:

African (Spheniscus demersus)

In South Atlantic Ocean Islands:
Rockhooper (Eudyptes chrysocome)

In Oceania:

Yellow-eyed (Megadyptes antipodes)

I have had the opportunity to see, live this species in it’s own enviroment (not in zoo or aquariums):

Gentoo, Chinstrap, Adelie, Macaroni, King, Magellanic, and Galapagos penguins.
